How do I place an order online?
Orders may be placed by first entering the quantity and selecting the style of the item you would like to purchase. Once selected, click the “Add to Cart” button and you will automatically be taken to your shopping cart with your selected item listed. From your shopping cart, you can either continue shopping by clicking on the “Continue Shopping” button or start the checkout process by clicking on the “Checkout Now” button. During checkout, simply follow the instructions on your screen to proceed through our safe and secure online process.
Orders will go out within 7 business days.

How do I place an order over the phone?
For phone orders, please call us at 877-551-5111. Monday through Friday, 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM Pacific Standard Time. Please make note of the item(s) you like and we will be happy to process your order over the phone.

What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

How do I see your bags in different fabrics?
You can view our fabrics in the following two ways: (1) By clicking on the individual swatches under the product photo, you will be able to view the item in the different colors; and (2) by clicking on one of the fabric names from the "Select Fabric" dropdown menu underneath the product details, you will be able to change the product photo to the selected color. At any point you can click the “View larger image” to see an enlarged image of the product.

Can I order custom bags such as corporate or bridal bags?
Yes you may order custom bags for special occasions. Custom orders require a minimum purchase and will take approx. 6 weeks to make then will ship. Please contact us directly for special requests at anna@gigihillbags.com or 877-551-5111.

Is my credit card information secure?
Absolutely! The secure area of our checkout process utilizes 128-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption technology to encrypt your personal data and credit card information. As you proceed through checkout, simply look for the yellow padlock (usually visible at the bottom of your browser window or in your URL bar) which ensures that your information remains safe. When the letters "http" in the URL change to "https," the "s" indicates you are in a secure area employing SSL. Your browser may also give you a pop-up message that you are entering a secure area. SSL encryption technology prevents your personal information from being decoded by an outside party while it is being transmitted to our secure processing network.

Will I be charged sales tax?
Only orders shipped to California addresses will be charged state-mandated sales tax. Items shipped outside of California, no sales tax will be charged by Gigi Hill.

What if I am having some trouble with my shopping cart or checking out?
Please ensure you have Javascript and cookies enabled in your browser. By default, these options are usually enabled upon initial installation of your browser.

What happens after I place an order?
Upon a successful transaction, a confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided with your order.
In addition, after your order has shipped you will receive an email from our warehouse containing your ship date and tracking information.

What if I change my mind and I want to order something different and I already placed my order?
Please contact customer service ASAP, at anna@gigihillbags.com or call 877-551-5111. We process orders as they are received, we will work with you to the best of our ability to satisfy your request.

I did not receive my confirmation email after I placed my order?
You may have entered the wrong email address or the email may have gone to your junk or spam folder. Please add anna@gigihillbags to your address book or to your list of accepted senders.

How do I check the status of my order?
Two ways. Call our carrier to track your package. Your tracking number was sent to you in your shipment notification. Or, email anna@gigihillbags.com or call our office at 877-551-5111 and we will be happy to assist you.

When will I receive my order?
You will be notified if your order is in-stock or on back order. In stock items ship within 7 business days. Backorders ship within 4 to 6 weeks. You will be notified immediately if we expect an item to be on backorder for more than six (6) weeks.
Rush orders can be accommodated, please contact us directly if you require rush delivery.

What if I have a concern about my bag, who do I contact?
We love our bags and hope you do too! We always stand behind our products and are happy to assist you in anyway. If you purchased a Gigi Hill bag from one of our retailers, please return the item to that retailer for assistance. Every store has a different return policy that we must honor, but we'll make every effort to work with that store to make sure your concerns are immediately addressed. Custom bags, bridal bags, and wholesale orders are not returnable. If you purchased your bag directly from this website, please contact us immediately at anna@gigihillbags.com so we can personally assist you. If you purchased your bag at a Gigi Hill in-home trunk show, please contact your Stylist. Our goal is to keep you happy and have you remain a satisfied Gigi Hill customer!
Please follow these guidelines:
If you decide to return or exchange your bag, you must obtain a Return Authorization number via email within 5 days of receipt of your order. Your bag must be unused and in its original condition. Please contact our customer service department for this number via email, anna@gigihillbags.com. Once you receive this number you have an additional 5 days to return the bag. Unless the bag you received is damaged or an incorrect item, shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, you will be refunded the total purchase amount minus the actual original shipping costs.

Do you offer special services like gift-wrapping, and gift certificates?
Yes. We are happy to gift-wrap your purchase and add a special note. Please contact us directly at anna@gigihillbags.com or 877-551-5111 to arrange the details. There is an additional $10.00 gift-wrapping fee.
Gift certificates are also available and can be purchased by calling us at 877-551-5111. Amounts of $25.00, $50.00, $100.00 and $200.00 are available. Need something else? How do I care for my Gigi Hill bag?
To keep your bag looking clean and new, we recommend you spray it with a protective spray such as Scotch-Guard. For spot-cleaning, blot stains using a clean cloth and mild soap and water. You may also dry clean your bag.
