How do I place an order online?
Orders may be placed by first entering the quantity and selecting the style of
the item you would like to purchase. Once selected, click the “Add” button and
you will automatically be taken to your shopping cart with your selected item
listed. From your shopping cart, you can either continue shopping by clicking on
the “Continue Shopping” button or start the checkout process by clicking on the
“Checkout” button. During checkout, simply follow the instructions on your
screen to proceed through our safe and secure online process.
Orders will go out within 7-10 business days.

What are your hours of operation?
9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday - Thursday
9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Friday

How do I place an order over the phone?
For phone orders, please call us at 877-551-5111. Monday through Friday, 9:30 AM
to 5:30 PM Pacific Standard Time. Please make note of the item(s) you like and
we will be happy to process your order over the phone.
Orders will go out within 7 business days.

What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

How do I see your bags in different fabrics?
There are 3 options to view the bags in different fabrics. You can click on the lookbook button located in the top navigation. This will launch a new window displaying the entire line of bags. You can click on an individual bag in the shopping cart and click the link “Click here to learn more about this bag”. This will launch a new window with a video and image of the bag offered in different fabrics. Alternatively, You can view selected bags in the different fabrics by clicking on the product photo after adding the bag to your shopping cart.

Is my credit card information secure?
Absolutely! The secure area of our checkout process utilizes 128-bit Secure
Socket Layer (SSL) encryption technology to encrypt your personal data and
credit card information. As you proceed through checkout, simply look for the
yellow padlock (usually visible at the bottom of your browser window or in your
URL bar) which ensures that your information remains safe. When the letters
"http" in the URL change to "https," the "s" indicates you are in a secure area
employing SSL. Your browser may also give you a pop-up message that you are
entering a secure area. SSL encryption technology prevents your personal
information from being decoded by an outside party while it is being transmitted
to our secure processing network.

Will I be charged sales tax?
All orders will be charged state-mandated sales tax.

What if I am having some trouble with my shopping cart
or checking out?

What happens after I place an order?
Upon a successful transaction, a confirmation will be sent to the email address
you provided with your order. In addition, after your order has shipped you will
receive an email from our warehouse containing your ship date and tracking
information.

What if I change my mind and I want to order
something different and I already placed my order?
Please contact customer service ASAP, at
stylistservices@gigihillbags.com or call 877-551-5111. We process orders as
they are received, we will work with you to the best of our ability to satisfy
your request.

I did not receive my confirmation email after I placed
my order?
You may have entered the wrong email address or the email may have gone to your
junk or spam folder. Please add
stylistservices@gigihillbags.com to your address book or to your list of
accepted senders.

How do I check the status of my order?
Two ways. Call our carrier to track your package. Your tracking number was sent
to you in your shipment notification. Or, email
stylistservices@gigihillbags.com or call our office at 877-551-5111 and we
will be happy to assist you.

When will I receive my order?
You will be notified if your order is in-stock or on back order. In stock items
ship within 7 business days. Backorders ship within 4 to 6 weeks. You will be
notified immediately if we expect an item to be on backorder for more than six
(6) weeks.
Rush orders can be accommodated, please contact us directly if you require rush
delivery.

What if I have a concern about my bag, who do I
contact?
Please contact your Gigi Hill Stylist. Our goal is to keep you happy and have
you remain a satisfied Gigi Hill customer! If you cannot reach your Stylist,
call our office at 877-551-5111 and we will be happy to assist you.
Please follow these guidelines:
If you decide to return or exchange your bag, you must obtain a Return
Authorization number via email within 5 days of receipt of your order. Please
call our office at 877-551-5111 and we will be happy to assist you. Your bag
must be unused and in its original condition. Please contact our customer
service department for this number via email,
stylistservices@gigihillbags.com. Once you receive this number you have an
additional 5 days to return the bag. Unless the bag you received is damaged or
an incorrect item, shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. If you
received free shipping, you will be refunded the total purchase amount minus the
actual original shipping costs.

What is your return or exchange policy?
Gigi Hill will gladly provide an exchange or a refund for your product, unused and in original packaging when it’s returned to us through your Stylist within 30 days of original order. Please contact your Stylist to arrange for any Returns or Exchanges. Any shipping charges to return product are the responsibility of the Customer and there is a $15 re-ship fee for exchange.

Do you offer special services like gift-wrapping, and
gift certificates?
Yes. We are happy to gift-wrap your purchase and add a special note. Please
contact us directly at
stylistservices@gigihillbags.com or 877-551-5111 to arrange the details.
There is an additional $10.00 gift-wrapping fee.
Gift certificates are also available and can be purchased by calling us at
877-551-5111. Amounts of $25.00, $50.00, $100.00 and $200.00 are available. Need

How do I care for my Gigi Hill bag?
To keep your bag looking clean and new, we recommend you spray it with a
protective spray such as Scotch-Guard. For spot-cleaning, blot stains using a
clean cloth and mild soap and water. You may also dry clean your bag.

All Gigi Hill bags designed in the USA and are made in Asia.
